theft-felony
i was guilty of the offense and did probation of four years and time but i wanted to know if i can get that bad record out of my backgound since i was real young (18) at the time so i can have a decent job out there.

Hi: You may as a first step call the clerk of the court that was involved to see if it is possible to have it sealed, expunged, cleared, pardoned, etc. The clerk will normally know, and will often help direct you if it is indeed possible. Let us know if you have any problems.
