car seized with contents inside
my friend was pulled over yesterday for driving without a liscense. his car was seized and the contents inside. the thing was he was moving out of his home, so his luggage was in the car, along with his cell phone, and other items. can the police legally seize all the contents in the car?

They can yes but should return it after logging it all as evidence and finishing the trial, if not sooner.
