public intoxication and disorderly conduct
coming out side a club late on a friday nighti was attacked by my friend in a parking lot. it felt like he wanted to kill me. i some how was able to restrain hime and shout for help. when the police arrived they arrested both of us and took us to jail for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. i was not visably drunk and was at the time trying to save my life. they did no test or anything to prove that i had been drinking.
Is this right? can i be charged. my court date is the end of oct. please help! |

Gather up as much evidence as you can, including medical reports, witnesses.
Self defense is a legal defense and you should be able to show that hopefully. |
