Arrested without warrant in home (Monroe County, Florida)

My son was arrested in his home without a warrent after asking his boss and his bosses friend to leave the house. They were doing cocaine and kaladapills and my son is on probation and was afraid of getting into trouble. His boss called the police when he got home to say that my son assulted the girl. His boss came back to the house and the police entered my home after his boss moved to the side to let them in. My son told the police that it was not true. He has been in jail since June 10 and no formal charges have been filed. I called his lawyer today to find out what happening with the case and he told me that his is going to make a letter to States Attorney tomorrow i got the same from him last week. His boss is on probation for cocaine and the women has made previous accusation that are similair about other men to the States Attorneys Office. HOPE YOU CAN HELP MY SON.

Did Police find drugs on him or in his home? Did he test positive for any drugs?

There is nothing people can do from where they are answering on this forum. Your son is in a legal mess than only a criminal defense lawyer can get him out of. He needs to follow up and press the States Attorney to either charge or let your son out.

If his boss and friends were doing drugs how could there not be any drugs?

My son was not using any drugs his boss and the girl were the ones using. As far as i know police did not search the boss or the girl. Police where not interested in what my son had to say.

Your son is on probation and he allowed drugs into his home and permitted their use. That alon eis a violation of probation. Your son needs a Lawyer!
