hyccezmy wife was arrested for forgery.my son had a travlers check with his name on it.since he was only 16 the person at the hotel asked my wife to sign it.It turned out to be a fraudulent check.Can she be charged with forgery??

They normally would have to prove she knew or should have known it was not a real check.
