Possession of a dangerious drug, ticket has wrong information help

Hey guys so this weekend i was caught basically with 3 bags of weed and 2 pipes . All i was charged with was misdemeanor possession of a dangerous drug (marijuana.) It was on federal land , andi had like less then a gram. Ne way not important. My question has to do with my ticket, there are 3 areas wrong with it. And based on these areasi was wondering if I could get out of the ticket?
first thing that is wrong , is my address is wrong after i told each officer my current address, they stillwrote the one on my drivers license.
The second area that is wrong is my birthday , which is 11-11-91 normally how ever on the ticket it was written 11-26-2010
And the third and biggest mistake in my mind is what i was actually charged with . They charged me with a 2nd podd , when in all reality i have never had a 1st conviction or even a a first charge for podd .

So what do you guys think ? any advice would be great im driving to another county tomorrow for court so any opinions would help.

I wish to inform you that you can get the ticket dismissed against you on the ground that details on the ticket do not match your details as both the address and the date of birth stated therein are wrong. Further, you can contest 2nd podd charge on the ground that you have never been charged or convicted of such an offence. You may provide a testimony as to your character from a social worker or a priest. The burden of proof is on the party making the allegations against you. The Court will determine the matter after examining the facts submitted by both the parties.

If they caught you with drugs then why would they believe you when you gave them an address? Using the address on your license is not going to get the ticket thrown out. As for the DOB, is 11/26 the date you got your license? If so then I doubt the officer writing down the wrong date off of your license will get it kicked out.

Three bags and you had less than a gram? Sorry, don't buy it.

The FIRST thing you need to do is get a criminal defense lawyer. If you cannot afford private counsel, the court can appoint one for you. In the interim, you can apply to the Public Defender's Office if the hearing is a week or two away.

Any time one is facing criminal charges, they need a criminal defense lawyer. Periodl. Any one else's opinion, other than a lawyer in your state, familiar with your state's laws and evidence rulings, is worthless.
