H1B visa stamping - D160 form - First DUI

I got First DUI on april 2011 and done will all the stuffs to be done. Going for H1b visa stamping to INDIA on april 2012, i would appreciate any information regarding the visa stamping like,
1. will it be rejected ?
2. do i have to bring any special documents or forms for visa stamping at Chennai, India ?
3. do i have to get anything done before hand in California, USA to prevent anything bad from happening at stamping venue ?

I wish to inform you that you can have H1b visa. In this regard you must carry all your heath documents to show that you are not alcoholic or drug addict as well as your court documents. Further as you are not restricted from going back to USA thus you can have h1b visa. The embassy official may ask you certain questions regarding DUI.

I was in your shoes, when I went for my stamping, I did not mention my DUI, I was asked by the councellor that you had a DUI and you have not mentioned in the application....My case was put in administrative processing...which took 3 months and eventually got my stamping.......My advice.....be honest, its just a DUI.....not the end of the world......carry all your documents related to DUI and you should be good......

Know that you have made a mistake and would never do it again.

When you say health documents, what kind of documents are you mentioning. I talked to my lawyer and he gave some immigration approved doctors, but when i called then they said they donot give documents that say i am not alcoholic. i completed my DUI school where routine check ups were done fro alcohol and many questions regarding alcoholism were discussed. Wont that completion document is enough or do i have to find a doctor who would do some test to let people know that i am not alcoholic ? i am kind of lost here, Can you help me out in this regard ?
