Cool Dog Turns Up Dead

The guy next door is trying to say that I poisoned his dog. He didn't say what with or how it was done.

As far as I know the extreme heat or bad food or disease may have done it.

He's gonna file a criminal complaint accusing me of doing it.

All I can say is that I didn't do it.

What evidence does he need and how do I defend myself against something like this?

Default Re: Dog Turns Up Dead

He would have to prove you did it, or the police would have to investigate and conclude you likely did do it.
