Unknown Purpose
I was wrongfully arrested, misdemeaner A, the officer suggested that I was resisting arrest because I wanted to know why he was approaching me. Later, I read the scanner and that is how I figured out that the officer was reacting upon a call from some woman at a store. He never stated his reasons for questioning and in the state of Texas, I was told that he did not have to. Therefore because he is a police officer-- he is supposed to be righ?

If he is arresting you, you have to comply. You can get any and all info afterwards.
