Getting an expungement to a conviction is a relatively straightforward process. Generally, it requires that you meet the conditions of any sentence that may have been imposed on you, and that you not have committed a serious crime. However, if you can prove that a legal disability resulting from a conviction seriously interferes with your capacity to pursue employment or other necessities, you can obtain an expungement in situations in which one would not otherwise be likely to be granted. First of all you have to meet the concerned court official in your state they will provide you with necessary information. You have to fill out an application and give to the court. Get your court date and appear before the court and you have give a proper explanation to questions put forward by the Judge. But remember a case based on disabilities is harder to make than a case based on good conduct, so it is better advised that you may get the help of a good Criminal Attorney.
