Detainer Question
State of Texas
Can anyone tell me how I can find out if a detainer has been issued for a charge in Dallas County for someone that is currently serving a 6 month sentence in Tarrant County on a seperate charge? I'm wondering if this is something I can find out on line instead of calling the court clerks office? Any advice is much appreciated. |

The person involved normally has to check unless counsel or private detectives do so. That is not generally public information.
