help no alibi

I am in the UK and was arrested for an alledged assault on a woman, this assault supposedly happened a week prior to my arrest, this woman has said my name, now I dont go out drinking anymore and have not been to a pub in 8 months, I live on my own and so have no alibi, the assault was said to have taken place at 1-30am a mile from where I live, she is saying I approached her asked who she was, then I am supposed to have said I have never liked her, slapped her and then head butted her, now how the hell can I prove I was in bed at that hour of the morning, if she has it in for me then what can I do to prove my innocence, I own my own buiseness and dont need all this stress on top of me, I was released on unconditional bail, but have to return for an ID parade, my fear is that she will pick me out just for the hell of it, I must point out I live in a small town and I am well known. there are no other witnesses as far as I know, but I have no one to prove my innocence, any advice would be good, Thank you in advance.

have somebody check all evidence to see if it matched your body size, face marks etc.--there may very well be evidence showing that it was not you
