Arrested for not going to see his probation
My fiance was arrested for not going to see his probation officer. He is now in jail and waiting for the hearing. He has no open cases and I was wondering if you think they will lift the detainer

Hello. Realistically, no one can say with certainty without knowing all of the facts -- i.e. the jurisdiction (state) at issue, his prior and current record, etc. I have one thought, though. You could either submit a question for a lawyer to answer or get a referral to an attorney in your area. You can do both by going to the WLD main page. The fee for submitting an inquiry is quite low.
