My wife and I have had nothing but problems with our kid. We have filed unruly several times but the courts have done nothing. We have talked to him several times and we have heard from his mouth that he "does licks" aka robs people. I am tired of sitting around and waiting. What can we do to get him the help he needs. We have tried every alternative to a detention home but they don't work. So can I take matters into my own hands by arresting him? We live in cleveland ohio and he is 16.

No--that is for emergency actions only.
But you can report his crimes and ask the police to arrest him. |
