theft charge
I was caught shoplifting i walked out the store and got in my car an employee of the store took down my license plate number and apparently called it in. I was on the freeway maybe two cities away from the incident when i was pulled over by the neighboring city's police and my car was searched and the merchandise was recovered can they do that
