advised by a police officer to write a domestic violence statement
I was advised by a police officer to return to him and write a domestic violence statement against my husband or I would be arrested for \"fleeing the county\" and my children would be put into DFAC (State) custody.

Certainly don't take legal advice from the officer. Have a lawyer intervene!!
