Pipe Design
I have found a product sold on the internet, a glass display dome on a wooden base that is used for displaying and protecting small collectables and/or valuable trinkets. I have come up with a design to turn this small display case into a hash pipe. My question is it illegal to sell, in any venue, the design information to turn this display case into a pipe, where the buyer can get the display case and any other items needed to turn the display case into a hash pipe?

No can do if you want to be safe 100%--an overzealous prosecutor can charge you.
But if you make it for ordinary tobacco etc., that may work... |
