abuse seven months ago
My now ex fiance and i got into a fight. he slammed my head in the cement and slapped me across the face and i filed a complaint and battery charges but i neve recieved a call from anyone about the matter. This happened back several months ago--over 7 months--could i still take him to court over the matter?????
