caught stealing at walmart
my frined is 17 and she got caught stealing at walmart she stole about 25 dollars worth of stuff how long will she be in jail

Make sure you hire a lawyer and have him negotiate some solution---don't use the public defenders if at all possible.
Keep this off your record if at all possible. You wont go to jail, this time. |

honestly walmart is a pain they have a rule that if a minor steals under or on $25 that you are suppost to just pay for it and then leave but since they love to scam money out of people they call the sherif and fine you for whatever they want.
