relative found guilty of a charge when 16 years old. He is now 21 and has completed all of the reqirements of his probation order. He applied for a job and the employer requires a Clearance Letter from the Toronto Police. Will his youth charge be listed on this clearance letter?

No it will normally not be included.
Call the police dept and confirm in advance. |
