Default Clearance Letter from the Toronto Police -- law

relative found guilty of a charge when 16 years old. He is now 21 and has completed all of the reqirements of his probation order. He applied for a job and the employer requires a Clearance Letter from the Toronto Police. Will his youth charge be listed on this clearance letter?
