Default Was attacked and arrested by Peace officers at my work

Work at a college bar and have been there for over 2 years.
Parked my Jeep behind my boss's truck. The peace officers came and asked me to move my Jeep. I told them that there is someone in my stall. He asked for id and I told him I didn't have any and walked back into work. The 2 officers followed me in, and we argued a little. I told them many times I work here, I work here. They then inform me that I'm trespassing. I tell them how when I work here. They said they were about to arrest me and I said Im leaving and started to walk out. That is when they just attacked me and started hitting me and pulling me to the ground. I kept screaming Im leaving why are you attacking me. I didn't fight back I went with them. They kept me in the car for until the real police came. While in the car one of the peace officers and I talked. I told him that you know me, you've come into my work last year and he agrees and says yes I know you work there.
Finally when I get to talk to police I tell him that the 2 peace officers know me and know I wasn't trespassing. He says if thats true that things will change. When he asks the peace officers if they've ever seen me at work, they then lie and say no they haven't.
I was arrested right in front on my co workers and attacked and beat to the ground. I have witnesses to what happened as well.
I'd like to do whatever is possible to punish my work.
I was informed that I need to carry my working id which I have never been given and in the hand out which was given to us when hired it doesn't state anywhere that I need to have my working id on me or ill be charged with trespassing.
They also didn't read me my rights. Do peace officers also have to read me my rights?
Please if I can punish my work in any way I would like to know. And if any other info is needed please ask.
Thank you very much for your time.

EDIT: In the end I was released with a $280 ticket. Not only do I wanna fight that charge, I also wanna charge them back if possible.

Rights don't have to be read but they cannot use your statements against you in that case.

You really cannot argue with officers. You have to comply and challenge them AFTER the event if they did something wrong.
