miranda rights and arrest and seize of vechicle

indiana. i was pulled over because i serves 1 time because i dropped my sandwch on my lap. 2 cops pulled me over one came over asked me to get out and was going to give me a ticket for serving. then he said can i serch your car i said why if im getting a ticke for serving . he slamed me against car and cussed me.( the car was not even mine) he then threw me in car and the other officer was takeing me to jail . they searched the car when i was not there. i was not read my miranda rights and was not told what i was being charged with until the other cop got there. im a diabetic they refused my insulin all that day no food until supper that night and it was 3 meatballs with sauce i cant eat to much sugar i have to weigh all my food by grams they did not give me any med tell afternoon next day and the lady tried to give me wrong kind so i still had no med and she said thats what i thought not really a diabetic. im on certain med. they said they found all kinds of stuff in car and and are trying to pin it on me. they seized my friends car i borrowed did not even call him or anything,and serched it. is this legal im could serve. 10 yrs let alone they tried to put in a coma in jail with no food or med
