Illegal Seizure???

Pennsylvania- 4 weeks ago 2 Humane Officers (not SPCA) came onto our property with a Search & Seizure Warrent (on a complaint) and removed our 4 horses and 1 pony. We offered all of our records showing the history and care of the horses which are under constant Vet care every 5-6 weeks for monitoring, Proof of dietary procedure from a licensed Equine Nutrionist who is also monitoring, Test results from PA Co-Op Extension regarding quality of hay being the best you can get in our county, then after the Officer reveiwed our file stated "If we would have seen this stuff prior to seizing horses, we never would have taken them but now that we have them, we will make sure that they are seen by a Vet, rehabilitated and adopted out to good homes, don't worry, they will be taken care of" As of today (4 weeks later) we still have no charges, citations, warnings or violations of any laws within the state of PA and we have no idea where the horses are. We did however, file a Motion last week to the courts to have the Horses returned and we are awaiting Courts decision to return the horses to us or deem them Contraband. Have our rights been violated ???? What do you think or suggest??? Please help us !!!!
