driving on suspended licence UK

My friend is on a 12 month suspended sentance already from something that happened more than a year ago, and due to another driving case he\'s a banned driver, and now hes been charged with dangerous driving and driving without a licence. Its very likely he\'ll get sent down right?

I would say yes...he would appear to disregard the law with those kinds of actions.

But hire legal counsel to at least try to negotiate some better solution.
