driving under my suspended license

Im going to court for my third offense of driving under my suspended license. I dont have a criminal record -- Would I be doing any jail time?

Unfortunately, you may well be facing jail time -- although it would be a relatively minor sentence (i.e. not time in the penitentiary). Without knowing your jurisdiction (state) I really can't comment with any further particularity. This is a pretty serious charge, and it could haunt you for many years to come. I would strongly urge you to speak with a criminal defense attorney in your area. If you just go to their main site, WLD could give you a referral. Hope it all works out for you. AJJ
