I am being convicted of a theft $50-500. It said is considered a class a/b misdemeanor. What will I likely be punished with? |

If this is your first offense, you may very likely get away with paying a fine and restitution and not serving any time. You really do need a criminal defense attorney, and it would be a good idea to go to the WLD main page. They should have lawyers in your area who could help. I hope it works out. AJJ
