Police officers came to my home

and were harsh me and violated my First Amendment,Fourth Amendment, and Due process under the U.S. Constitution. I need help suing them!

Sorry to hear that. Yes, you will need help if you want to sue. This is known as a suit for a violation of your civil rights and liberties. This is complex litigation. You need a lawyer, and a good way to find one in your area would be to contact WLD through their main site. I think they would definitely have lawyers who handle this type of thing. ...also note that it is not easy to file and win such suite unless the police were truly abusive beyond any call of duty...they don't have to be nice when entering a home...

I had the same thing happen to me except that I was removed by the officer and the landlord was present.
It's been three weeks and have not been back.

They said that I waas trespassing because I was not on the lease.
