DWI question.
I live in the state of Texas. I was in an accident two days ago. I was taken to the hospital where I was never asked to consent to any kind of blood or breath test. I am sure the doctors took my blood though. I was realeased and went home. No ticket or police report. Can I be charged with a DWI at a later time if there was alcohol in my blood? Thank you.
