victim of crime and my violated rights

I was the victim of a home invasion, armed robbery, and csc3. I have not yet received my property that was taken from my home as well as my handgun after someone was arrested in the case during sept 2008. michigan victims rights states upon the arrest of someone that my property and anything seized should be propmtly returned to me. that has not happened. i am constantly hung up on by persons that i have to speak with regarding my items. my rights as a victim i believe have been ignored and violated. it is now april 2009 and i am still trying to get my property. i also find out that my case had been dropped because the suspect was working with federal agents because he has a molrtgage fraud case, and he is the person who commited this crime against me. i want to know if i have a case and on what grounds.
