Default False arrest??? Day Spa- Prostitution

My Aunt runs a day spa for thai/swedish massages as well as facials and peels. She has a massage therapy license, and a the other three employees have foot reflexology licenses because they haven't taken their massage therapy test yet.

Recently, a customer kept on asking questions and wanted a happy ending during one of his sessions. The employee giving the massage at the time said that they don't do that here, yet he kept on insisting. The man received a full hour massage, paid, then left the spa. Within a few minutes, he came back with police officers as well as FBI agents accusing her of prostitution. She didn't know what to do. She opened the spa and was the only one present at the time. The FBI searched all the rooms and wanted all the cameras and for recordable devices to be turned off. The undercover cop also took his money back for the full hour. She was falsely arrested for prostitution and the spa was fined because she didn't have a massage therapy license. The bail was $1600 and the fine for the license was $200.

My aunt feels really pissed off now. She had to pay for the bailout of her employee even though she didn't do anything. She feels like all of this was planned from beginning. Even though the police couldn't find anything, they couldn't just leave because they rest of the police officers and FBI were already outside. So they had to make an arrest so they wouldn't leave with nothing. Can she do anything about what happened?

Get a lawyer ASAP and fight the charges. She did not do anything wrong and at most there should be a simple licensing violation.
