Default conspiracy to commit theft

i was arrested for this charge because i rented a property and there was a quad there ,it didnt run so after three months i took it to get it fixed. while it was gone the owners family come to get it and called the police. the cops came got the property return then a month later the issued a warrent for it. any ideas would be appreciated.
