What does recieving a blue ticket mean?
I was recently charged with two misdemeanors: underage posession of alcohol and posession of an open container. I was searched, given the Miranda rights, and placed in the back of a police car but then released after about 30 minutes. The two tickets that i recieved were blue. I was wondering if this is on my record as an arrest?
