Arrested for something that he didnt do
Can anyone tell me in the state of CT if someone is found guilty of a crime. He didnt do the crime. He ahd 2 witnesses with him on the night in question. Anyway this has been going on for 2 years now. if they believed him to be a person who attempted to rob a business why if the think he is guilty would they let it go on for so long and not have him in jail? Also the person who supposedly positivly ID"d him recanted and said to the prosecutor I want to drop all charges and the prosecutor said why would you want to do that he is a convited felon. Is that against the law in CT.

It is not against the law to tell that to the witness.
The jury cannot hear that normally. |
