Default Contributing to Minor whether they have Drank or Not
I was booked on contributing to a minor. The person who was booked with me was 16 I am 21. She was at a party at my house being the DD for her sister. The girl never had a sip of alcohol and the cops refused to give her a breath test. They did not test anyone under the age with a breath test or alochol test. Can this get thrown out in court or should I pleed guilty?
