Public Drunkeness
I was cited and held for public drunkeness in south Carolina. They released
me on PR the next day and I was given a court date. I am on probation in Ohio from 4 years ago with a dui charge. Part of my probation states that I cannot have any similiar offenses or they will revoke my jail time that was suspended. Will this come up at my court date for my recent ticket in South Carolina? Also, do I need a lawyer for this kind of charge? Am I facing jail time? |
