son's felony fire arm charge
my son is in jail one of the charges is a felony possison of a fire arm by a felon when local police search van no weapon was found and my son said no weapon was in van but another county charged him 3 wks after arrest how without a gun a rifile also felony larcency of a fire arm whenno gun was ever in van
