Default federal warrants???

if you put information on a legal document and have it notorized such as a family court case or etc?? and mail it , is that a crime?? for example, my husbands ex girlfriend signed a notorized form from the family court for child support and she is using his last name even though they were not married and she used her social security number with one of the childrens name?

the document then got mailed to us with the fraudulent info.

can you prosecute for that

Default Re: federal warrants???

Not sure we follow your question 100%, but if any illegal act was made you may report it and the DA will decide what to do, if anything.
