Goodafternoon sir , please suggest , one of my clients vehilcles is being the indian forest department , the said vehicle is seized under violation - section 33A of indian forest act 1927, for commissioning forest offence stated under section - 52 of I F A 1927 readwith section 59 B of the indian forest (west begal Amendment )Act 1988
as the said vehicle is passing from the area and in the spot the vehicle got troubled , the vehicle stopped their then it found that some sandle woods are lying their , all of sudden the forest police seized the vehicle with the charge of illicitly removed forest produces having no Govt. hammer mark being transported without under the cover of valid document , volitive of section 33(1)(h) of xvi of IFA 1927and rule 7(iii) of west bengal forest produce transit Rules 1959, seizure list describe the size , Red sandle wood , 80 c.m. , 70 , 95, 70,65,70, breath and 130, 155, 155, 135, 75, 80, c. m. length of sandle wood and white sandle wood in a bag if 10 k.g. in a small pieces,
now the IFA send a notice to reply within 30 days notice is received on 16/04/08,
the driver got the bail but now what is the reply we have to give, please suggest , thanking you
