Re: Elder Law Attorneys
My brother is applying for guardianship of my mother and my sister and I would perfer that he is not. We have gone to court twice now, and still nothing has been resolved.
It's attorney has just fine a letter stating because my sister and I have responded, that the judge should move forward and appoint him. Back in Feb the nursing home where my mother resides gave my brother an evication notice for nonpayment, however, they requested a state hearing. According to the laws it's very difficult to remove a resident from the nursing home, when the family doesn't want them moved. In the past my brother has tried to block me and my sister from visiting or taking her out for a ride....this brother has been a royal pain in the xxx....any suggestions for me |

The judge will usually see what has been going on.
Document the history of all of this as carefully as you can. And provide a good summary for the judge as well. |
