i have got question to a qualify lawer,

i am going to start small bussnes which is transportation parcels from uk to east europe .

if anyone know how much is fees on boder and what are the permited to be sent

My sewage is backup and I called my Landlord Friday evening about the issue. He told me that there was no one to come out to take care of the problem. He told me that I had to wait until after Christmas to get the problem fixed. My bathroom smells horrible. I think my landlord in in violation because sewage issues are emergencies. Am I correct in this judgment? How much time after a sewage problem is reported does the landlord have to react? I need to know if I have to call him back and demand that this problem is taken care of ASAP. Thanks for any help that you have on this issue.
