Death of an adoptive parent and steps to gain custody or readopt

Hello everyone my name is Crystal I'am a 22 year old young lady with many goals in life. As a child growing up I grew up with an abusive father with an extrememly violent past and an illcit drug addiction and a caring and compassionate mother who was a nurse that had alot of a passion for children. My mother became a foster parent to help better the lives of three complete strangers.. who at the time were 2weeks, 6 months and a newborn. I love my brothers and sister to death... But recently mom passed away from colon cancer after having a gastric bypass procedure performed. During the procedure the doctor cut her liver and sewed her back up and didn't fix the problem. Mom passed away on October 31,2006.. The children were left with my father. My father doesn 't care for the children just the money that they get because he needs to be able to take care of himself and be able to support his problem some kind of way. After mom passed my father kept the children from us (Me and my brothers and sisters which are his biological children) because now that mom wasn't around he began to heavily abuse the children.. He wasn't buying them clothes.. Shoes were too small there feet were busting out of them.. They were loosing alot of weight, my baby sister was really sick and he neglected to take her to the doctor until one morning she woke up and passed out.. She was later rushed to the hospital and thats when they discovered that she had pumonenia. I've contacted children services before but my biological brothers were reluctant to talk in fear that the children would be placed back in the system. And as for the children they fear my dad so much that they didn't say anything either. My dad has deprived these children a normal life so much that he even had them medicated and placed on ritlan so he can control there lives even more.. It seems as if my life is in shambles. I don't have anyone to talk to.. I don't know where to start or where to began. My dad placed a restraining order on me that restrains me from seeing the children.. and he called the police of my other two brothers to try to place them in jail to keep them away.. and as for my biological sister who was only 15 he tried to send her off to bootcamp but I was able to make a difference in her life with the help of children and family serivces and get her away from him. Now she lives with me. All I ismaniac.. I would like to obtain custody and guaridanship of these children. I would like to eventally be able to adopt them as well. What happen to the rights of women and children?! Why doesn't the system do something to protect children after post adoption? These are not the only children that are suffering.. I know other children that are also suffering.. His sister also adopted some children as well and this lady certainly doesn't have a passion for children she just loves the money that it generates. These children were sooo cute! Loveable and adoreable that you would have to be crazy out of your mind to leave them behind and abuse them the way she does. I believe children are the princesses and princes of the furture of whats next to come! Children should not be abused they didn't ask to be in this situation. I believe Everyone should take a stand again child abuse and help save a life!
