adoption
my husband and i have been married for 10 years. when we met my son was 4 years old. at what age can a child be adopted? does the child have to give consent to be adopted? what if something happens to me, what happens to my son even though he is 16years old? will he be able to stay with my husband? my sons last name is the same of my husbands. we had a name change down when we got married.
