mama
I have had custody of 3 of my grandchildren now for the past 3 years for 2 of them and 4years for 1. My question is how good are my chance at adoption of these girls. Mom is not really in their lives maybe 6 - 10 times since I have had them and is more like a play mate. Dad is around but also more like a playmate. He is saying that he doesn't mind if I have the girls. The youngest was 3 when I 1st got them. If I could get any answers I would appreciate it. The mother was suppose to drug/alcohol addiction, parenting courses, anger management and then supervised visitation. But Great Grandmother (mom's grandmother) lets her see them. She never ever did anything that the court's had said. Now she is emailing me and I'm thinking of charging her with harrassment, but don't know if I should! Dad just had to go to a parenting course which he did.
