Unhappy Battling Children's Aid

My parents have been foster parents for 28 years. This fall, my younger foster sister, Angel, was taken away under false accusations. My foster sister has been living with us since she was 1 and she is now 12 years of age. Recently, Supervisors of CAS have decided to close our house as a foster home, all together...In other words, my sister is not allowed to come back home. There wasn't even a proper investigation or anything. I really want to find away to get my sister back home, its killing me and my parents not having her here, but it's hurting my sister, more than anything. I know that they are great parents! I, myself, was adopted by the same parents. I came to their house when i was 3 months old and they adopted me when i was 5. My sister's new foster home is half an hour away from my house. She specifically asked her child care worker if she couldnt have a lawyer since she wants to come back home, and Children's Aid gave her a Child Advocate and SAID it was a lawyer. Isn't that Illegal??
Is there anyway we can get her back? Pleeease help...

Sorry typo...I meant to write, She specifically asked her child care worker if she COULD have a lawyer and they gave her a child's advocate instead...

What was the issue that caused child services to intervene?

They could ask a court to overrule the staff.

Angry Re: Battling Children's Aid

The Issue was that this woman (one of our foster kids mother) made a false accusation about my father...only because she was unhappy with him because he wanted her to pay for her own meals and such when they both went to the hospital because her son has a cleft palate and hair lip....

They should consider hiring a lawyer at this point.

You could also ask to meet with child services to give your view as well.
