giving up parental rights
my husband and i wanted to adopt but recenty have been told of a mom that cant keep her children 10 months and she is pregnant. she wants to give me the 10 month old daughter she said no money just that we need to go to an attorney. does this sound right? is this a case of just signing over her parental rights to me?

A private adoption can occur; make sure a lawyer that is reputable is involved.
