adoption issues
i am currently pregnant and plan on marrying the man i am pregnant by. I have a son who is almost 3 yrs old and my fiance wants to adopt him once were married. My sons biological father has only seen his son maybe 5-10 times his whole life. His name is not on my sons birth certificate and he has never paid child support. I currently don't have a phone number or an address to reach him. How do i proceed with the adoption? I also live in the state of Indiana ane i heard the laws differ from state to state so i also need to know what they are here?
