Default Adoption Agreement

We are grandparents representing ourselves in the adoption of our infant grandchild. We
wonder about the language "as agreed upon with regard to visitation for the maternal
grandparents. There is nothing stated as to the frequency of visits, times or locations,
or transportation issues.

Also, exactly how is an adoption agreement enforceable?

Thank you!

That is whose language? And is social services or somebody involved? Seems a bit much to alone normally...what is the situation?

Default Re: Adoption Agreement

We are the paternal grandparents representing ourselves. The county social services are being represented by the assistant county attorney. They want to make sure that the maternal grandparents don't get left out of this process so future visits are to happen "as agreed upon." Since there really has not been any specific agreement between us as to the frequency, transportation, or how those visits should happen, I feel the language may be too vague. My husband believes that we don't have to worry about the visits because we have to agree on them in the future.

Also, since we wont have to worry about custody being taken from us once our grandbaby is adopted, how are things enforceable?
