guardians able to adopt
we have had guardianship of grandson almost 7 yrs we got guardianship when he was 3 mos old havent herd from father for over 2 yrs and mother will sing so we canj adopt are we able toadopt him?

The bio parents will still have to agree.

the mom will no one knows where the father is child support even lost track of him

will the child be removed from use while they do the investagation and back ground check? put in temp foster care? if they say we cant adopt because of age willhe be put in fostercare?
