Biological Father wants to meet his son he gave up
I gave up my son in a confusing and tragic time in my life and I made a huge mistake in giving up all rights to my son. I was told that in some states I could contact him as early as 14 years old. He is in Virginia and I am in NY. He turns 14 this thursday, so if this is true for Virginia, I want to try to reach out to him asap
