Can he be sued for breach of contract on behalf of the children?
My husband and I adopted two children six years ago. Now he's left us for an other woman and a new life. Can he be sued for breach of contract on behalf of the children?

Not really; but when you divorce you can argue for substantial support and alimony etc.
